Scheduling

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure that you are given the allotted time needed. Arrivals 10 minutes past scheduled appointment time may be forfeited and will be recorded as a “no show.”

Cancellations

24 hour cancellation notification is requested for all services, and 72 hours for all wedding services. After second “no show” or cancellation in less than 24 hours, a charge of 100% of the cost of service must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notification.

Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and travelers checks are accepted. Gratuity cannot be added onto credit cards. A separate check can be made out to the salon or included onto a check with services. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased in-person or over the phone during open hours (262-376-1988). If the gift certificate is purchased over the phone we can send the certificate to you or the recipient, or we can keep it at our front desk for you to pick up within a week of purchasing the gift certificate.

Redeeming Gift Certificates and Donation Certificates

Gift certificates and donation certificates must be present at the time of your visit. Please redeem all gift certificats and donation certificates by the expiration date. Expiration dates can not be extended for any reason so be sure to book your appointment/s ahead of time. Services and service person listed on donation certificates are non-negotiable. Donation certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, different services (even of a lesser value) or used with a different service person. Please be aware of all information listed on gift certificates and donation certificates.

Personal Belongings

Please leave all valuables at home, we will not be responsible for any missing valuables.

Cell Phones and Pagers

All cell phones and pagers should be turned off or on vibrate while in the salon so not to disturb other clients receiving relaxing services.

Children and Services

Please remember that having children in the salon can be disturbing to other clients receiving spa services. We request that unless your child is over the age of 10 or having a service done that he/she is not brought along to your appointment.
